Project docket

This page provides documents relevant to the Pipeline Route Permit Application for the MinnCan Project that was submitted by Minnesota Pipeline Company (MPL) on January 5, 2006.

In addition to the Route Permit Application, MPL filed an application for a Certificate of Need for the MinnCan Project on January 3, 2006, the matter was assigned to Docket No. PL-5/CN-06-2.

On April 13, 2007, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued its Order Granting a Certificate of Need.  The Order can be accessed through the following link:
